Risk Management

Horsell International will always look at ways to reduce your claims and premiums and in the current insurance market, many sports are recognising the need to minimise all aspects of their risks.

The application of risk management practices in sport has the potential to minimise financial loss but more importantly to reduce loss in terms of injury to the athlete.

We have developed a systematic approach to risk management in sport which focuses attention on behaviours which lead to loss. These include

• Detecting claim trends and causes of such trends
• Surveys and recommendations on safety and security relating to clubhouses, playing fields, grandstands etc.
• Calculation as to feasibility of a self insured scheme
• Appraisal on the effect that training, coaching, medical treatment and administration are having on your claims history.
